Located at the base in Red Resort, our unit is very spacious, approx. 1100 sq ft, and has just completed construction. It is fully furnished and equipped with beautiful furniture - it sleeps 4 adults and 2 children.

Living Room
The living room contains stone gas fireplace, luxury microsuede queen sofa bed, 27 inch tv with home theater system, leather arm chairs and ottomans, large wooden and leather round coffee table/ottoman. It has a french door leading to the private deck.
Master Bedroom
Master bedroom has sliding patio doors that lead to the private deck, a queen bed, dresser, night stands etc., a large walk-in closet and full in-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom
Second bedroom has a wooden bunkbed (queen bunk on the bottom and single on top), wooden dresser and closet. This bedroom does not have direct access but is close to the second full bathroom.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms in the unit - one in the master bedroom and one near the laundry room.
Dining Room
The dining area contains beautiful cherry wood dining table and four chairs as well as two bar stools alongside the granite countertop. Full dinner ware service for 6.
Kitchen
The unit has a fully equipped, granite countertop kitchen with seating at the bar - large appliances include a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include blender, toaster, coffee machine. Cutlery, serving ware, dishes etc . The kitchen is fully equipped such that you wont need anything else while you're there!

Our General Policies
Smoking is not permitted in the unit, no Pet policy, children must be accompanied by an adult when using the hottub, quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am daily and the occupancy maximum is six (4 adults & 2 children) people.
Housekeeping: Prior to your arrival, your rental unit will be cleaned and prepared with fresh linens and towels. Unlike a hotel, there is no daily linen/housekeeping service, however if you would like to pay for additional housekeeping services, we can arrange this with our housekeeper if you let us know in advance. Washers and dryers with laundry detergent are in located the unit.
